Using the UI Chart slow down my program

I am plotting a signal on a waveform chart, and processing the signal, when i used an attractive Waveform chart from here, it slowed down my processing. Kindly guide me how can i work on the same speed.

general advice on your general question: use the producer-consumer scheme to separate data acquisition from data processing and especially from data display!
