understand button control

Hi all,

I need to customized a button for a mouse over event. the button has to change it's color whenever mouse over event occurs. I have used initially modern button control there a 4 picture item available for modern button control, I have configured all picture items with different images but it didn't responded to mouse over event then i tried the same excercise with system button. system button control have 6 picture item and i configured it 6 picture item with 6 different images. I can get mouse over event effect on system button but now i want to know about all the 6 picture item beacuse i am able to identify only 4 picture item at run time.

Can you explain the behaviour of all picture items for a button control.

The six states are for true/false values, hover effects for each value, and transitions between each value (when the mouse button is pressed but not yet released). The transition images are unique to the system boolean controls.
