About configuring FPGA on USRP 2943R

I wonder that about using FPGA of USRP 2943R. I know that we could configure FPGA of RIOs. We didn't bought Communcation System Design Suite. Can I configure FPGA of RIOs without buying Communication System Design Suite. İs it enough for this purpose to use  standard Labview 2014-> USRP Instrument Drivers -> USRP RIO function blocks.

You can configure the FPGA of your 2943R eithe using LabVIEW Communication System Design Suite or using LabVIEW 2014 and LabVIEW FPGA 2014. The USRP RIO functions under USRP Instrument Drivers do not modify the FPGA. These are just the driver calls into the FPGA.
