BER measurement over usrp board

I used the example that offered from the forum which is the USRP packet transmittion by using psk modulation.there is one problem when i tried to measurement the BER over SNR but the result gave me can not fit to theoritical result.could someone help me a bit with that??i use qpsk as subject to measure.
