I mean, before I had posted this question, I had done it in the way you have described and it did not work.

Hi, could you please provide the name of the Ethernet switch?
If there is an opportunity could you try to connect with a different switch?

I am using netgear GS608 switch.
To check the switch, I tried connecting two computers to the switch with the same IP address as my USRP (and temporarily removed USRPs). In that setup, I am getting ping from both the computers simultaneously.

I tried using another way mentioned in the manual to connect the two USRPs. I tried 'Single Ethernet interface—One device connected to the interface, with additional devices connected using an optional MIMO cable', and that works, both the USRPs are listed in the USRP configuration utility tool. In this way, I can't connect more than two USRPs. If this worked, I presume nothing is wrong with USRP.
I have checked the switch by connecting two computers instead of USRP and I could ping both the computers, so the switch is also working fine.
What else can I check?
The Bandwidth of the switch is 16Gbps, which is also appropriate.

If you are sure that the IP of the host adapter is 192.168.10.1 and the DHCP or routing is not enabled, then you might try to update the firmware of the USRP? It is described in the manual.

Hi,
in the manuals of your ethernet adapter, I saw that the default IP is 162.198.0.239. When you are replacing the IP do you switch the DHCP to static?

Can you please elaborate. I don't know how can this switch have DHCP capability.
