Transmit signal on different frequency steps

 I am working on Microwave Imaging using Software-defined radio's. I want to discuss something related to SDR's. I want to transmit and receive signals in the band of 1-6 GHz with the step of 100MHz using Ni USRP 2901. Main problem I am facing is how can I send and receive signals simultaneously? I can transmit signals using a loop whose index value is N=(Stop freq-start freq)/sweep step (attached screenshot ). But I can't find it the correct way. Is there any other way of doing this.
