USRP X310 Custom Configuration Interface

We are using the Ettus Research USRP X310 as part of a modem project with custom FPGA firmware. We need to specify configuration parameters such as the PSK modulation schemes, error correction parameters, etc. We want to develop either a PC application or browser-based application that will allow our users to set these configurations. What options are available that will allow us to pass configuration values between the host PC and the FPGA?
