2019 VI analyzer menu does not appear after install and restart

I have installed the VI Analyzer, however the menu and shortcuts do not exist.. I have tried un-installing and re-installing and still no menu option.

I have LabVIEW 2014 with the analyzer installed and that works fine.  Any ideas how to resolve this?

You have to run an NI installer to get the VI Analyzer Toolkit, it is not available from VIPM. You can download the VI Analyzer Toolkit installer here:
