NI-VirtualBench: Scope initialization failed.

Hey all - I dusted off my trusty VB-8034, installed the latest Virtual Bench software (19) on my laptop, fired it all up and I'm getting error code -375934 "NI-VirtualBench: Scope initialization failed."  Any ideas?  (I don't actually need the scope functionality for what I want to prototype - just the DC PSU using the Virtual Bench soft panel.

Hey,

Usually this is an issue with the HW being in a weird state. My quick recommendation is the following:

• Press the reset button on the back of the VirtualBench for 15 seconds
• Reset device in MAX

If this doesn't solve you can create a Support case and our teams can help with additional troubleshooting.
