VB-8012 Upgradability Questions

We have many VB-8012s needing firmware updates. Can you help us out with how this can be done?

1) What is the highest firmware version this device supports? I can see the levels here: https://www.ni.com/en-us/support/documentation/supplemental/17/virtualbench-firmware-release-notes.h...

2) How do I go about downloading the correct firmware version for an offline update?

The latest version of VirtualBench firmware is 18.0.0f0.

Thanks for this. With this, I decided to go through all of the VB-8012s sitting on my desk and actually found one still with 16.1 firmware. Got them all up to 18.0 now.
