I have a bunch of Virtualbench and some had old firmware that goes as low as v1.0. The Wifi broadcsting for these older firmware units works correctly and my Wifi client computer is able to connect to the VirtualBench and get a DHCP IP 172.16.0.10 (the virtualbench itself's IP is 172.16.0.1) but it stopped working when I upgraded it to the latest firmware v18: no IP address detected; even when I force a static IP, it just refuses to connect and reported no IP.
Can somebody take a look at the new firmware to see if it broke the SSID broadcast feature? I also saw similar behavior in firmware v16.
