error with error code -375934

Hello everyone:

I am an EE new to Ni VB-8054, now I am starting working by using NI VB-8054. I met a problem need to get help. The problem is when I followed the VB-8034/VB8054 "Quick Start Guide" by plugging a USB cable to both VB-8054 and my computer, and then activate the VirtualBenchLauncher.exe, an error window prompted out with error -375934. Is any one know what was going on?

This error indicates a start-up problem on the device. The remedy is to let it start-up again -- remove the AC mains power and reconnect.
