We have a Virtual Bench that will not correctly connect. We get a pop up "System Error" and the text in the middle reads "Sequence Contains No matching element"

Can you share more information about your system?

The Virtual Bench has the latest update (as of last week) of the firmware. We are running the application on the device.

I can run in demo mode. Did you get the attachment? (via email)

Also, would it be possible to just re-image the whole drive on the VB?
Regards

No. You can either attach it to your next post, or you can send a personal message. The file can help us understand what might have confused the application so we can improve its behavior.

Yes. Use the reset button on the back. The application also uses information stored on the PC when it starts. If the problem is there, then resetting the device alone won't help.

We have had several VB's do this and resetting the bench takes care of it every time. The way we are using them in a large classroom, the B's will likely be connected to a different computer every day. Would that make a difference?
Thanks

I don't know 😕
If all devices and hosts are the same, swapping benches would not cause this error. It's possible that one of the VirtualBench devices isn't using the newest firmware, or one of the host PCs has an older application installed on disk. A mismatched app and device should not cause this, but if it does, I would like to see it fixed for everyone.
I would really appreciate it if you could send the .vbconfig file once you notice this error again -- analyzing it is the next step for understanding the defect.
