If I read your message correct, you're working with a centralized License Manager for mutliple licenses (server based License Management)?
If so, than the expiration date will definitely affect functionality of your software. Once you've passed this date, you will not be able to use your software anymore.
To prevent this from happening, please contact your lcoal NI Branch office, to get a new license file for your license server. Presumably this will be the Dutch office, which has the following telephone number:
