We do not have license files for NI License Manager of NI Volume License Manager to test either of the applications or to provide display computer information.
We cannot provide the Computer Information as we are having issues after launching the NI License Manager or NI Volume License Manager the application windows displays fine. When we Click on or Select, Options, Display Computer Information. We will receive an hour glass for a few seconds, then the application windows disappear.

What operating system is your of Volume License manager installed on? VLM currently only works on Windows 2000; Windows Server 2003 x86; Windows XP. If you are using one of those but are still having problems, please uninstall all NI software through add-remove programs, and re-install volume license manager http://search.ni.com/nisearch/app/main/p/bot/no/ps/10/sn/ssnav%3Asup%2Ccatnav%3Adu/ap/tech/q/VLM/ses... .
