Regarding integration with Matlab, I wanted to make the distinction between the "MATLAB script" node (which is grey, and actually calls the seat of Matlab on the same PC via activex) and the "MathScript Node" (which is blue in color, and does not require matlab to be installed but may lack certain functions but can also run on real-time targets/systems).
