Good attempt as you are new to LabVIEW.

I have few suggestion.

1) You don't need sequence structure in your VI.

2) I think you need to provide cancel button if user want to cancel application while filling form.

Dear Shweta,

Gud work....

But still there are some bugs in Name, Contectnumber and email id field after entering the wrong value it will show the massage but it accepts data as it is in form ....
