MAIN BOARD for DAQ BOARD

Hello. I need to buy a PC, this PC must accept a DAQ BOARD. What characteristics must the PC BOARD have to accept the DAQ BOARD? Can a mini-PC accept a DAQ BOARD? Thank you.

Hello. What do you mean by saying DAQ Board? Are you about USB DAQ or myDAQ?

What "DAQ Board"?  Does it want a PCI slot?  A PCIe slot?  How many pins?  How large is the card?

Once you know that, you can study the slots and connections on the PC (I'm assuming you are talking about a Desktop) you want to purchase.

Or you could go with a USB-based DAQ system (which can work with a Laptop, but be careful about the type of USB connectors of the DAQ device and the Laptop).
