problem in running VI

HI all

I am using myRIO to control a robot. I wrote my own controller and it works fine.

My problem is that when I stop the VI and start it again (manually)  the control does not work as intended.
To solve this problem, right now I unplug and re-plug myRIO again, and the program works fine.
Does anybody know the solution?

HI all

I think I found the solution.
In the end of VI I put the reset myRIO.vi and it seems that it corrects the issue.
