Move items into and out of folders

Although user channels and alarms can be created under folders for better organization, I don't see a way to:

- move channels/alarms in folders out of folders (without first deleting them and recreating them outside of the folders)

- move channels/alarms out of folders

Being able to drag and drop in and out of folders would make organization easier. Thank you.

A workaroud to re-creating the node is to cut and paste the node to its new destination. To achieve this, (A) select the node you desire to move (B) select the Cut button on the menu bar (C) Paste the item in the new destination. Note that the Paste button will be disabled if the new destination is invalid.

Presently cut\paste operations are only supported on leaf nodes. I've filed CAR # 424502 to add support to folders.
