Can't Find Package or Update for my LabVIEW Version in NI Package Manager

Problem Description:

I am trying to install or update a Driver Framework package. I know it should be available, but it isn't showing up in NI Package Manager.

Solution:

Update NI Package Manager to the latest version. NI Package Manger currently has a limitation where package feeds are not always backwards compatible with previous versions of NI Package Manager. This causes items to disappear from the feed list. Until this issue is resolved by NI, it is important to have the latest version of NI Package Manager installed to gain access to all available packages.
