i had it working on a different PC.  Is there something wrong with the drive or the PC itself?

What is the intended purpose of the DAQ Assistant? Has the device name changed when moving PC? Are you only running the DAQ Assistant?

Thx, but it was a loose connection to the SCB68 board.  i never touched it, but it was not tightened down and must have got bumped.  so alway check to connections.
