Hi,
I am trying to measure the rpm using counters with a 9401 DAQ card and cDAQ chassis. I tried some programs available in the forums but I am not able to get the rpm using counters input.
I am using myRIO 2015 version of LabVIEW to program. If anyone can help me, I will be thankful to them.
Best Regards,
JW

Could you be more specific on what exactly you used and how exactly you used it?
What was your expectation and what did you observe?
What sensors do you use and how are they connected to the HW?

Hi,
I am using Monarch Instrument's ROS-W tachometer to detect the number of shiny strips pasted on the Wheel.
I want to get the RPM of the wheel and store it with respect to time. I am not able to detect any kind of pulse in the graph. I am just a beginner Can you please tell me how to proceed ahead?
Regards,
JW

Still does not answer my question of how the sensor is connected to the NI-9401 card and cDAQ (exact wiring diagram please)
And what did you try to measure them in software?
BTW, this is a cDAQ so cRIO software is irrelevant, cDAQ uses DAQmx drivers.
