How can i know if these National Instruments cards are still functional or if they will become obsolete for the next 10 years until 2034. If they are obsolete, which equivalent cards should i replaced with and how can i know their prices?

Please read NI's Hardware lifecycle policy here - https://www.ni.com/en/support/hardware-product-life-cycle-policies.html
Only PCI-6528 is available for purchase today, and the rest are already discontinued.
You can check for the product's lifecycle status by navigating to the respective page on ni.com.
NI doesn't always have a recommended replacement as the features may not exactly match, but here is a list that NI published - https://www.ni.com/en/support/documentation/supplemental/17/obsolescence-planning-for-several-legacy...
