Imaging Tool Not Finding RoboRio 2.0

Hello,

We are attempting to image our Roborio 2.0. Our imaging tool is not recognizing the roborio with SD card so that we can set the team number. We have followed the process given here .  When we do this, there is a orange blinking status light and green power light, but nothing else. We have tried reinstalling the FRC game tools, different SD cards, and resetting the roborio. We have also tried Ethernet and USB connections to the Roborio. Is there something in this process that we are missing? We haven't had an issue reimaging our Roborio 1.0 and currently have that on our robot functioning properly.

Hi Malvik, thanks for posting on the forums. I'm Matthew with NI.

Which imaging tool are you using (BalenaEtcher or RasPi)? Can you try the other one?
