Hi there! Our team has a RoboRIO 2.0 that we have been using for just over a year now on one of our test bots. We recently got back from a competition and decided to get all our test bots ready to train new recruits over the summer, which meant we needed to update the firmware. When we tried booting one of the RoboRIO 2.0s up, we got an Unrecoverable Error. We first tried booting into safe mode, only to receive the same constant flashing Status light. We tried flashing new firmware to the SD card only to receive the same error. We have tried a few different SD Cards, three different laptops, and different methods of plugging the SD card into the laptops (different reader/adapter etc.) We've double checked that there are zero short circuits (we put some electrical tape over all the ports when we got it last year and haven't taken it off since. We did double check underneath the tape just to be safe), and are not sure where to go from here.

Hi AstroUnit001, Thanks for posting on the forums. I'm Matthew with NI.
Which file are you trying to image to the card? A few teams have reported that imaging with the non .img zip file fails (as expected. so make sure to be using the image zip under, "SD Images")

Hi Matthew,
We tried imaging the card with the .zip file.

To be clear, you're using the ".img.zip" file?
Which imager are you using? (BalenaEtcher, or RasPi?)

Oh - I see what you mean now. We were using just the plain .zip file, not the one under SD Card images. We tried that and everything seems to be working perfectly now. Thank you so much for your help, Matthew!
