NI-FBUS Communications Manager 16.0 startup results in BSOD

Hi All,

I just installed the NI-FBUS Software (completely except LabView) which was succesfully installed.
Then I activated the NI-FBUS Monitor 16.0 succesfully.

Now I wanted to activated the NI-FBUS Communications Manager as well but is gives me a BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death).

My laptop runs Windows 10 LTSC (2019) which should be OK.

Please advise.
