Hi Wolfgang,
Are you seeing the same error message as before or something new? Are you clicking on login from the community pages or are you using a saved bookmark?
On Thursday night, there were some changes in regards to browsing the site in https. You may want to try clearing your cache/cookies to see if there are any improvements.

Hi Lili,
thanks for your quick reply. I did clear my cache now and will notify you if it happens again. The way I log in is typing forums.ni.com in the address bar of my Firefox browser and then press the log in button.

Hi Wolfgang,
There was nothing unusual found in the logs regarding this issue.
When you are logging in to the community, are you already logged in to ni.com? Are you prompted to enter in your login credentials after clicking on the login link on the community homepage?
Also, the next time this occurs, please note the exact timestamp.

Hi Lily,
it just happened three times again, 8:01 local time. No, I do not log in to NI before, just to the forums. After entering email and password the page not found page is displayed.
