How to change email address?

I want to change the email address associated with my NI account to my new company email, but I keep getting this error saying there is a temporary technical issue. Any suggestions?

Where are you seeing the error message? In the community or ni.com?

It is inside "Home>MyNI>My Profile", where I change my email address.

Hi AnZn,

Are you using special characters in your password? If so, this is causing the error.

So that is why... I was able to reset my password to a normal one (have to do it by using "Forget password") and now I can change my email address. Problem solved. Thanks for the help.
