New thread for asking the correct link or opening an attachment

Could anybody please tell me whether its able to open the jpg file attached in the second post here in this thread

Am sorry something really went wrong with my browser. I cant able to link pictures or smileys or anything.

No I too am not able to view it. I get a "bad request" message

The name of the attached picture includes a "%" which is causing the problem.  In a URL, this is used to encode characters.
