The name of the attached picture includes a "%" which is causing the problem. In a URL, this is used to encode characters.

Please dont kudo me mathan and lets not abuse it. Lets not kudo everypost and now seriously the "unspoken" standard because of this is to kudo if someone replies to our thread no matter it is good or bad or irelevant.
