faint colors

Solved!

Hi,

I can't tell when it has changed, if my eyes got worse suddenly,..., but some text colors are difficult to read, light blue on white is not the optimum contrast...

As an example I am attaching part of my tag cloud:

faintblue.jpg

I understand that the 'intensity' of the tag colors should reflect the tag frequency, but I would prefer text I can read easily

Good point Wolfgang.  I'm not certain if that's something I can control, but I will take a look.

Thanks,

I was able to update the blue to be slightly darker and still have it fit with our NI color scheme.  I'm not sure it made a whole lot of difference to the tag cloud for the lighter words, but you can check it out.

Thanks,

Laura

Hi Laura,

I realized that the regular blue got darker, but it is difficult to tell if the color change makes a visible difference at the lighter blue... To be honest, I don't see one.

What I also realized is that the latest (unread) message now has a gray background. It may or may not be visually appealing, but it reduces contrast. In my opinion, instead of having blue text over light blue background (header) or black text over gray background a colored frame would be sufficient.

Anyway, thanks for your efforts,

Wolfgang
