For PXIe-8510, you need an XNET Transceiver cable to use the port in CAN or LIN mode.

Since you mentioned LIN, I assume the cable is going to be TRC-8546 and referring the below manual,

I believe this is what you're looking for, LIN is connected to Pin7 on DB9 connector.
