USB Timeout (0xBFFF0015) Chroma 63200A

Hi,

i tried to find a solution for my problem in the forum, but i could not find any solution. I try to control the device via USB. 

I can set and read the CR-options, but any other specific READ-command will fail with a timeout

VISA:  (Hex 0xBFFF0015) Zeitüberschreitung, bevor der Vorgang abgeschlossen werden konnte.

Any SET-Command does nothing - no change in the display.

VOLT:L1\s120

I already tried to change the VI_ATTR_TMO_VALUE, but still no success.

I don't understand the CR-options or do you mean the end of line constants.

So show us your code and we can help better.

Sorry, my mistake. CC, CR, CP, CV means the load options of the chroma device. (CC = constant current, CR = constant resistance etc.)

I can set the different options for CC (not CR as i mentioned in my first post - my mistake). Any other option will not work via USB control. I will test the commands with the VISA interactive control. I can identify the device via *IDN? and control the CC-Options, but commands like the following ones do not work, because of the timeouts. The newline command '\n' will be added automatically when i execute the command.

How can i fix the problen und what could be the error cause?

Everythin works fine. Manuel/commands of the device are insufficiently described.
