Hi Adrian,
Can you confirm that this is a licensed copy of the Application Framework? In order to license, there is a sublicense agreement form with your purchase of the Application Framework. Once that form is filled out and signed, you need to email it to fpga.licensing@ni.com. Then the appropriate bit files should be sent back to you and you should be able to compile without errors.
Please let us know if you've gone through that process so we can help figure out the right next steps.

Hello,
I have just got I full license from NI, you can see the difference in the License Manager entries in the images I am attaching. I got this licenses from a NI employee who is helping me with my project, so I did not purchased them and therefore I did not fill and sign that sublicense agreement that you mentioned either.
Both problems (the error popping up and my unability to compile the bitfiles my myself) are still there even with these new licenses.
I will forward your comment to my contact in NI shuld he know something about it. Here is a list with updates and new actions that I am taking to try to solve this problem:
Here I attach a picture of Labview FPGA Compile Worker 2014 should it is helpful. I also attach an updated XilinxLog resulting from the failing compilation process.
Thanks,
Adrian

UPDATE
I have just checked that I am able to compile the FPGA VI in the project Learn --> Getting Started --> Overview of the FPGA Design Flow --> "Deploying an Application on an FPGA".

Hello,
Since you are able to compile a standard FPGA VI, I think that the issue is rooted in the Xilinx Licenses NI uses in the App Frameworks.
Have you tried downloading the Evaulations of the Xilinx Licenses?

Hello,
I sent an email to fpga.licensing@ni.com and I got the same answer so I guess that this is the way to go. It seems that the links provided in http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/9DE9BD509DF5876E86257E00005A69BB are no longer available. Do you know any other way to get these evaluation licenses for Xilinx Intelectual Property?
Thanks,
Adrian

Hello Adrikayak,
I am sorry that you had trouble with the link. It works well for me.
Can you please try to look at this link?
http://search.ni.com/nisearch/app/main/p/bot/no/ap/global/lang/en/pg/1/q/6V59QGPK/
If these links don't work, I think that your Firewall might be blocking part of ni.com.

Hello tcap,
sotty I think I misexplained myself. I DO can access this link: http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/allkb/9DE9BD509DF5876E86257E00005A69BB. What I can NOT do is accessing the links provided inside the linked webpage. Anyway, as I have explained before, I found the links searching in the Xilinx webpage and I am now in the process of getting the evaluation licenses. I will update the post when I make some progress.

Hello all,
I got the evaluation licenses from Xilinx, but after checking thet they are only valid for two weeks and that I was not able to compile a new .lvbitx file even with them (I might skipped some crucial step), I got full licenses for my NI software (those that do not expire ever). Here you can see how the NI License Manager looks like now and also the compilation final message:
This seems to have solved my unability of compiling a new .lvbitx file originated from "LTE FPGA USRP RIO 40 MHz BW DL.gvi". Nevertheless, compiling the new .lvbitx has not solved the original error -63101.
At this point I have no idea how to proceed, I firmly thought that compiling a new .lvbitx file would solve the error, but it does not. My only hope is that completing the process through fpga.licensing@ni.com will solve my problem. Should you have new suggestions, they are all welcome.
Regards,
Adrian
