Problems reading more than 2 thermistors using Mega 2560

Hi all,

I'm using the LINX interface as I never could get LIFA to work on my board. I have an application which requires thermistor input from 4 seperate components. I've thrown something together and have wired using the standard thermistor set up with each thermistor having a 10K resistor, all ran off the Arduino 5V pin.

Problem is, I can get a signal from two out of the four thermistors, but I simply get NaN for the other two. What can I do, is there a simpler way I can code my VI and is 4 thermistor inputs even possible (will I have to shell out for a DAQ?).
