When water molecules freezing , its characteristic value (such as its shape or color) will be changed.Now I want to detect and record these characteristic values.Can I use VISION BUILDER the AI 3.5 to fininsh it (Then I want to translate it into LabVIEW)?During water molecules freezing,each molecule will be changed,so how to set ROI, or use the template matching? In addition to the gray scale, which characteristic values can be detect? Thank you.
