I created a subvi as Preallocated clone. When I run in data is not updating on the indicator. Looks clone not running on the RT. Can anyone help me this. And anyway to debug the clone?

Try to open the subVI when the top VI is running. The title should show name.vi:instance_number (clone)

I attached the running subvi. It is not showing as what you mentioned name.vi:instance_number (clone) in the RT target.
