Connection of Rexroth linear motor (and drive) to LabView for changing parameters (velocity, torque, ...) to test peformance of nano-generator.

I would like to know if it is possible to connect (directly or indirectly) a 3-phase synchronous pm-motor from Rexroth to LabView and then tune/configure/program and/or change its parameters using LabView. The goal is to connect the motor/drive to LabView, directly or indirectly, so that I can toogle with the motors' parameters (velocity, torque, frequency, etc), in order to see the consequences in the performance of a triboelectric nano-generator. The final goal is to use the system to test a wave energy harvesting system.

Please share the link to your motor/controller. In general, if it has some communication port like USB, RS232 or sort to connect to a PLC or a computer, then probably yes, you could control it in LabVIEW. To answer which extent it is controllable depends on what features are exposed to be adjusted over the communication port.
