First page on system tab control is missing a pixel

I'm a bit surprised that this does not seem to have been reported earlier (?)

If you create a system tab control (checked in LabVIEW 2012 and 2013 on Windows 7 & 8), the border of the first page (and only the first page) of it is missing a pixel!

It looks like it is been overlooked. I am able to view this observation in my system as well.

Let us see NI reply to this observation.

Yup, this needs to be fixed. I have UI OCD, and this drives me a little crazier than it probably should.

I reported this several years ago, but it was closed as a trivial issue.  If you open a service request on this it may get enough attention to have the issue reopened.
