LabVIEW 2014 Help system loads tremendously slow

Hi,

my LabVIEW 2014 Help system started to load extremely slow, like about couple of minutes (neither you click "help" on any function in a block diagram or choose it from a menu so that it will start with a default page). It smells weird since it works fine on other machines in our lab. On my PC it was like that since I installed it (and it was fine with LabVIEW 2009 before, now its also fine).

Also if you click a function when Help system is already opened, it takes more time to find and load a corresponding page than, e.g., with LabVIEW 2009 or with LabVIEW 2014 on another machine.

Any suggestions?

We have this issue on our development machines that have over-achieving virus scanners installed.

Thanks, but all our machines have the same anti-virus software.
