Labview programming for single channel Ballard MIL-1553 USB Card

Did your old system use the same hardware? I think that your hardware is not capable of doing what you are trying to do.

Hi John,

Yes when we work with the old system connecting the same hardware, we are able to see the data.

It has been 20 years since I worked with MIL-1553.

As I recall, the card remains the bus controller.

Hi John,

I am attaching the Programming manual here. please go through it and let me know if something can be done. In this, they describe the examples too. So please have a look in this.

Hi Satish Kumar,

You can try to send the receiving command before as sending the transmit command and after once the transmitter command is sent, you can continue that monitoring until the status word is greater than '0', then you'll get the data.. I'm also faced this same issue in Ballard 1553 card, and I solved by using this method.

Best Regards,

Hari
