We are using a NI 7831 card and using LabVIEW version 2018.
We have downloaded all compatible version drivers.
NI real time 2018
NI FPGA 2018
NI R Series Multifunction RIO 2018.
But it is not getting detected when I checked the NI max it shows NI RIO version 20 there which should be 18.
Please suggest ways to solve this.

RIO 20 should have support for LabVIEW 2018 so, one of two things might have happened.

Most likely it had at some point LabVIEW 2016 or earlier installed and the according RIO drivers, then got upgraded to LabVIEW 2018 without updating the RIO drivers.
This is an unsupported combination and could lead to nasty problems but in that case went well. However there is no way to install RIO 16 in a newer LabVIEW version, the installer simply didn’t know where LabVIEW 2018 would be installed and NI never felt like letting users do such untested and unsupported experiments.

It worked when we downloaded LabVIEW 2016 and all drivers according to LabVIEW 2016. We got the accurate information from NI website.
