I'm using LabVIEW 2022 for 64-bit...

Also tried some ideas you showed me but only to find it fail.

I may use the software provided by Renishaw alternatively.

Maybe try pointing the .dll file again:

Open the file Renishaw-XL80_Init.vi open "constructor node" and select again dll file

you may need to select "DX10AdaptorClass" from the list

save the file and try connecting to your device again

I tried but still Error: 1172 from constructor node :'(

Do you have the SDK installed?

I forgot about it myself on another computer and when trying to use my own library - the same error appeared.
