Running OPC Server and Citadel on NI HMI

Hi there! 

I want to use the NI HMI panel computer TPC 2215 and interface it with a GE Fanuc PLC using an OPC server and log the data in a Citadel database. 

I would like to know if the NI HMI supports an on-board full blown OPC server and a Citadel Database. I have read that OPC server and Citadel require a Windows OS, but since the HMI runs a WinCE (or a WES7) so I am not sure.
