I knows how to separate left and right channel form audio file. 

But I don't know how to separate channel from media play if player is playing...

Have any suggestion?

I mean use any audio players (not only windows media player), Labview can separate left and right channel.

So I would like to get audio data(2D-array) from line-out of PC.

If I can get this 2D-array, I can use "Sound Ouptput Write.vi" to separate audio channel.
