basler pia640-210gm dont work in labView interface

I have a basler pia640-210gm camera that is detect in the NI-MAX software but when i try to the retrive image in a labview application the video shows black. The camera is connect through genie interface. Firewall disable and IP configure is static. 

Labview runtime versions installed are:
8.61, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2016 and 2017 all SP1, x86.
Also labview runtime 2012 and 2013 x64 are installed.

Labview application was built for 2012.
We have active the NI vision acquisition software and NI vision development model runtime

windows 10 pro, INTEL core i5, x64

The first red flag I observed is that your software version is not compatible with Win10.

NI Product Compatibility for Microsoft Windows 10

The first supported version is LabVIEW 2015 SP1.
