I want to buy a cRIO, but I am totally new to it. I want to know how to get the sensor values(converted to CAN protocol) in cRIO CAN module. Please help.

when you want to buy NI hardware and you are completely new to this and you want to know more about those hardware: Why don't you just call your local NI office?

They will offer help, make quotations for you, will assist in setting up your system and maybe you can even discuss with a sales engineer in-house...

You need a CAN module to read data from a CAN bus.  You might be able to use an analog or digital input to read the sensor directly instead of connecting it to the TI chip.

all those questions can be discussed with your NI sales or app engineer. As you see from Nathans answer there are more things to consider than just "I want to read CAN data" and your NI engineer will be glad to halp you! JUST CALL THEM!
