Hello AnkitRamani,

this may be a networking issue you are experiencing. Is the IP Camera connected to the same subnet as the PC with Vision Acquisition Software installed? Have you connected your IP Camera directly to the PC or are you using a switch or router? It may be an issue with port forwarding as NI-MAX and LabVIEW use port 8080 to communicate with an application web server. Are you able to PING the IP Camera from the PC using it's current IP address?

Did you try this troubleshooting:

Thank you very much for your reply.

I am using router to connect the ip camera and I am able to do ping to camera.

I am dealing with Axis M1031-w camera which is mount on my Robot.

Using Axis utility I can communicate with camera on Robot but I want to use Ni-vision software but i am gettign the Error in Ni-Max.

I tried with changing the Ip of my pc for example camera's ip is 192.162.0.65 so accourding to that i change my network ip but still I am getting same problem.

and one more thing that i can also able to see the online axis camera for example just type my camera ip on web browser 192.168.0.65:8081.

It means device is connected well with pc.

thank you very much for reply again.

with greetings,

Ankit.
