how to give the header line to 1D or 2D array and export it to the excel

Hello Everyone,

I am stuck with the one problem.

I analyse the data and now as a out put I have a 1D array and 2D array as a result. I wanted to give a header line and in some case a header column.

And then I want to export it in excel sheet. So the out put is like,

Ma+v  Cfx    Cfy       Cfz     U       aU 

23       0,25  0,002  0,45  0,22  0,86
